I gathered up loads carboard packaging like rolls and boxes and stuck them all together in crazy shapes so they can run around and hide. You can then hide food in it, which makes it a bit more fun than just getting it from a bowl.

Mine also love toilet rolls slit down the middle (so that they do not get their heads stuck), and stuffed with loads of yummy-yummy fresh grass. They sit there for hours trying to get the last bit of grass out! Keeps them entertained and a very simple way to give them cheap but useful toys. If you let them out for floor-time, you could also hide bits of carrots and cucumber around the room in corners.

They will play with anything really. You should look specifically at what they do most. One of mine would always stand on its back legs, so we have tied salt licks and other dingily bits and bobs on the roof that he can reach up to and play with. But the easiest thing to do is just put in old tissue boxes in there or other things they can climb in and out. Put them in hard to reach places and have treats inside. This should encourage play.
